This product worked great. You can hear the call clearly, it is super confortable to wear, it adapted to the sistem without any problems. It's also at a great price poiny.

I just plugged it in and it works perfectly with TEAMS. I used a Bluetooth headset before this and had nothing but problems. This wired headset is PERFECT.

I am replacing a Jabra headset provided by my company. The sound quality on my old one was richer and volume could go higher. This one sounds flat and volume can't seem to go very high. The volume controls have no indicator lights except mute. However I used it for work all day and it works very well after all.

I've been on the hunt for the perfect headset and the search continues. My biggest issue is the round disc that controls the volume - and disconnects the call - is located in THE MIDDLE of the cord that connects to your pc. Meaning it's in the way. I accidentally disconnected from a call three times because the thing had to rest in my lap or drag the floor. I've gathered the cord and used a tie to secure it, but it's just not working. I'll edit this review and share a pic later because it's hard to describe. Its just in the way. Also, you have to look down into your lap (or wherever the disk is hanging) to see if you're muted or not. Flipping the mouthpiece up won't mute it. It's not convenient.

I work from home on phone jobs these are so far the best. They don’t break I had one for 3yrs. Quality sound and noise cancellation.

Works perfectly with Windows 11. Nice adjust-ability range and the extension for the microphone is a good size. Pad for adjusting volume mute. and to initiate and then calls is great. Great product for the price. Another good mark for Jabra.
