Outstanding wired headphones
Absolutely love my T1’s. I bought these a while ago and they are getting better with every listen. I pair them with my Astell & Kern Kann Alpha DAP and the sound quality is amazing. The build quality is outstanding, they sit nicely and are not too heavy.

They will win you over
I bought these about six months ago. Initial impressions were nice sound but bass a little overpowering..I then acquired some sennheiser 800s cans.. these are mega detailed but can sound lean and harsh.. after six months guess which cans won.. it was the beyer t1.3. They just grow on you as time goes on.. lay back and enjoy the sound

Beyerdynamic - T1 Headphones. Superb! quality headphones, with outstanding build & sound quality.
Build quality is very good, solid and superbly finished. Very good quality, durable cable, that makes very little noise when rubbed against your clothing. Very comfortable, you can wear these headphones for hours, without any discomfort whatsoever, and doesn't cause your head or ears to sweat. Sound quality is outstanding! covering all frequencies perfectly. I listen to a wide range of music genres, Jazz, Rock, House, Pop, Soul, Reggae, Punk, Blues, R&B, Hip Hop, Electronic, just to name a few, all sound the best I have ever heard them on my HiFi and DJ equipment, and with the EQ set flat, and source direct selected on my amp. Playing from a range of sources. LP, CD, MP3, Mini-Disc. Very! happy with these outstanding! headphones. Well worth the investment.

Great sound, but the Tesla drivers didn't survive the 4-month test
The sound and overall build quality was great. I had been using this headphones few hours a day for 4 months. After 4 months I started experiencing cracking noises, then the left speaker stopped working. It seems that new Tesla drivers are not reliable. I was lucky that I listened so much and finished these headphones before the warranty expired. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't listen to music as much as I do and ends up with broken headphones after the warranty period.

These sound amazing😍.
I haven’t had experience with many headphones except Sennheiser HD660S and Sony MX3 so my experience is quite limited. I wanted a pair of headphones with more dynamic and punch which 660s lack. I know a lot of reviewers love Beyerdynamic so I bought the T1 3rd Gen as soon as it was released. I didn’t wait for any reviews and I don’t regret at all. These sound amazing to my ears. I also know the reviews so far have been negative but I do believe that everyone has unique taste in sounds. I am probably the only one who actually loves these headphone. It has well defined bass and treble isn’t too bad although not as good as 660s. Midrange lacks a bit defination but that I can live with. If you are listening to well recoded tracks then these sounds outstanding. However some songs obviously will sound terrible for example all of Beth Orton’s albums sound horrible with these. Let me tell one more thing, if you are into electronic music, these probably the best I have ever heard. I am sure they will get more enjoyable over time with my brain gets used to. PS: I bought them from independent store in the U.K.

Too much bass for my liking
Wasn't really impressed for the price. Bass far too pushed for my liking. was expecting something more neutral sounding...

Beyerdynamic High End Tesla Sound In Stealth Dark Mode
After reading through all reviews and watching most video reviews, it was a bit of a gamble to go for this after knowing that Beyerdynamic certainly tuned the 3rd Gen T1 so differently to the previous generations that most reviewers felt it should have been given an entirely different model name altogether! Suffice to say, at the flash sale price of ₹54k, it was a no brainer for me as I was already on the lookout for a high end headphone to supplement my Sony MV1 headphones for home & office use that themselves are a huge value for money. And thankfully, all apprehensions were laid to rest soon after putting on the headphones and music started playing through them (played via desktop dac Shanling EH2 and headphone amps Aune S17 Evo). Even directly out of my DAP the Hiby R4 the sound was very good indeed, and the T1 does not need too much power to sound loud, being 32 ohms in impedance only. Folks who like a slight v-shaped sound, but mostly warmish or Dark-ish tonalities would definitely find the T1 3rd gen perfect for them. Soundstage is pretty great as well. Being open backed headphones they are perfect for desktop/ stationary listening at home/ office/ hotels etc. But the only downside I would say is that at their full MRP, there are better deals to be had nowadays. But listening preferences are personal and I advise anyone looking to get these headphones (or any headphone for that matter) to try and listen to them first; this would be the best advise to follow. As for myself, am perfectly happy and this can be easily considered an endgame headphone. Any real sonic upgrade from this level should take us upwards of $1500 or $2000 easily. Cheers

Unorthodox, sure, but amazing nonetheless!
They’re simply not your average HiFi or “audiophile” reference pair of headphones. They’re quite bassy and the mids are admittedly recessed, but it makes for quite an interesting listen. For starters, these soundstage very wide to my ears, more than a DT 1990 with the Analytical pads. Their imaging is A+ when an instrument is panning in a mix but for more static tracks it can get a little obscured. Slam is very good too though surprisingly not the best, I guess too much mid bass softens this quality a bit though I would still say it is punchier than average and only falls short compared to something like the Focal Clear. Although their sound signature is warm and dark these still manage to resolve detail as well as any other pair I’ve tried in this price range, details are a little obscure but can be brought forward in high definition by some EQ. Instrument separation is definitely better than the rest of the Beyerdynamic line, which is quite a feat considering how bassy they are but something like a Sundara or 660S perform better in this area but those are reference cans where these are what I'd call certified Hifi bass cannons. Again, sure they are colored, but people act like since they’re not tuned to the Harman preference target they can’t be enjoyable. On top of what I’ve already mentioned, these are built like the most luxurious tank I’ve ever held in my hands. Delicate crafting, and choice of materials, akin to a Meze Empyrean, yet built tougher than an Audeze LCD-X. The case included matches their build and style perfectly.
