Miso soup is a great prebiotic, and Kikkoman has made it incredibly easy to make. It tastes great and is very reasonably priced. I used to get it at Kroger but couldn't find it on the shelves. Finding it on Amazon was GREAT!

Tastes like simple miso soup and very easy to make! Just added the packet to hot water. I was worried that the texture of the tofu would not be good after being dried and reconstituted, but it is just fine. Though, for the serving suggestion, I thought there was too much wakame.

This is some top tier miso soup, everytime I go to a restaurant and they have miso soup I will order it just to compare it to this brand, even something ordered at a restaurant can not compare.
