i grew up on cambozolla and I know what it should look like and taste like. your previous shipments have been perfect....... perfect. this shipment was nothing but crumbs ......cannot slice or spread.... was this product frozen ??????? cannot be served to guests!!!!! impossible. what happened??????you have always been utterly perfect until today!!!!!

I love this cheese it's like candy to me and the shipping package was very good
