Hi seller, how big does the tree get and will it survive indoors?

Size depends on the pot size. Bigger the pot the bigger it gets. I like an 11 inch pot. It can be indoors if you can give it enough light.

Question 2

I have had mine in water for 7 days, great sun/light and do not see any growth yet at all. How long is normal to see growth starting?

I have two of these, a small one and a bigger one. I left mine in water for two weeks. Both had very little growth before I planted them, and they are going crazy now

Will it grow outdoors in garden?

When I called to ask that question, they told me yes, that it could be outdoors.  I told them I lived in So. California and we get lots of sun.  They told me to keep it in semi-shade.  You receive 3 small cuttings/trunks.  You get directions. Put them in water for 2 weeks and roots will come out and then put them in pots.  I used bonsai training pots for each of them.  They did OK for the first 3 months and after that, they started to drop leaves and turn yellow.  I stopped watering and they got worse.  I lost all of them.  I believe they would do better inside but not entirely sure.  sorry!

How many times are you supposed to water it

I'd have to honestly say that it would depend on how the atmosphere is in your setting where u put the willow. Ex..my home ID extremely drying so for what a normal home or apartment air is may it be dry warm or in between is the best I can say on watering.  LISTEN TO UR WILLOW IT WILL TELL YOU AND TALK TO U AS CRAZY AS IT SOUNDS BUT TRUTH AS MINE DOES. GO WITH INSTINCT ALWAYS FLOW THAT GUT INSTINCT AND UR WILLOW WILL SHOW YOU WHEN WATERING IS NEEDED AND I USE WARM WATER NEVER COLD AS THE WARM WATER ABSORBS BETTER AND  IS BETTER FOR CONSUMPTION TO YOUR WILLIW. I HOPE THIS HELPS...
