These are delightful and you will enjoy them.
This is one of my very favorite treats. I keep them in the freezer and enjoy them from time to time. They arrive well packed and I have ordered them multiple times and have never been disappointed.

Authentic Lancashire current cakes.
Absolutely wonderful! I couldn't believe I found these. I had wanted to offer something "authentic" at a birthday party. And these turned out to be "true-to-memory" in every way. Parents had been stationed to RAF Airbase Burtonwood in 1954 - and we grew up on these wonderful current cakes........Thank you so much for a "delicious" childhood memory,

Good taste, fresh!
This is not my first time buying from this supplier. These, like the previous purchases, were surprisingly fresh and tasted as I remember them from years ago in England. Pleased that they are available but while appreciating that they are a speciality item from abroad, it’s hard to ignore the galloping increases in price since 2023!

100% the real thing
These are the real thing - as sold in UK supermarkets. Although the beautiful pastry is flaky and fragile, these were very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Also, the use by date gave me months eat these. Obviously, I only needed days. OK, I only needed hours. Guess I’m ordering more!

Poor packaging of a delicious and favorite food item. .
I greatly enjoy this product. Previous orders have come with each package wrapped in bubble wrap. This time that was not so. The crust was broken and crumbly. The picture shows the box with one package removed.

If you like the taste of butter, raisins, and the texture of a soft cookie, you’ll love these cookies. So rich in flavor you will be happy with one per serving. Try warming them up in the microwave for 10-12 seconds. Delicious!!!
