Magnesium is highly recommended as a medical supplement for all adults, especially senior citizens or people who have recurring leg cramps/twinges. This brand does a decent job of adjusting the bodies chemical balance of magnesium. We were searching for 1,000mg strength, but this brand was advertised at a price that made taking two capsules a day vs one a wise choice. (I would prefer a smaller capsule size.)

I've used this product for over a year to help with sleeplessness. It worked great and allowed me to get a full night's sleep without feeling drowsy in the morning.

I take these supplements daily and they work for me. You do not have to worry about choking on them as they are coated and go down without a problem.
