Great Immune Support After Mono
I bought the Nordic Naturals Zinc Glycinate (vegan version) for my son to help rebuild his immune system after mono. Stops a cold in its tracks!
Excellent quality, as soon as I feel a cold coming on i take these and symptoms are gone. I've tried other brands but none perform like this. It without a doubt has prevented many sick days. I've order probably 10 bottles by now between myself and sending them to my son. Excellent!

Helped to reduce Hair fall
I started taking these because I recently found out zinc helps with iron deficiency anemia related hair fall. I started taking this and using the Mielle rosemary hair oil. I have seen a noticeable difference in the amount of hair fall. Much less than before. The Mielle oil helps with itchy dry scalp. It also soothes my scalp. Nothing has helped to reduce my hair fall as much as this zinc. Iron alone does not fix the fair fall issue if you are anemic.
