Does this come apart?

Does the bowl come apart from the base? No, it does not. Which is why I returned it.

Still waiting on mine...Do you think it can do 120g...?...that is 20g short of 5 ounces...do you think that little thing is gonna grind that much at o

You can't just do all 120 in one go, it'll grind it, make sure it's super dry before you do or else it gets sticky icky icky. I'd do maybe 40-50 g at a time.

Can you grind garlic?

I would not grind garlic in anything that I was going to grind something else. It's very hard to remove the trace of garlic from a grinder. Perhaps if you are only going to use the grinder with other savories that will be combined with garlic in cooking, that might work. But certainly, I would not use garlic in a grinder that I intend to use for coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, or allspice.

Are the transparent inner and outer lids tinted on all models or is there a model that has non-tinted clear transparent lids?

They come transparent. The thickness and use over time will cloud them
