how do i turn the alarm off?

I had the same issue. The alarm went off every day at 3:30 pm...which is better than 3:30 am...good luck....I was not impressed with this purchase....it never worked correctly.

How to get the instructions, mine came with out them

In my experience with this timepiece, the instructions did not help in understanding its operation.
