BounceLite Adventure Flash Modifier and Speedlite Diffuser/Softbox with Reflective White Card and Quick Changing Filter System - 3 Extra Cassettes + 16 Gel Lighting Filters

I'll first start off by saying that I was very intrigued when I came across this product. Like many of you who have used various deflectors, bounce cards, and diffusers, each had its own pros/cons. This product "seemed" different. Now for me, my main reason for buying this was in hopes that I could eliminate having to use a heavy and large flash bracket altogether.I shoot with a D750/grip + SB-800. The package comes with 2 rubber pieces for you to customize the fit for small vs. larger flash heads. So with my SB-800, I used the large attachment and it was still too big. So I then tightened by using the rubber latch but it still didn't work very well. Now in the typical horizontal position it worked well but didn't provide much different than using the SB-800's built-in diffuser/bounce card. In the vertical position, given that the BounceLite is large, I couldn't get the SB-800 to stay put. It kept flopping back down straight to the side.As for the design and build quality, it's very well built. The cartridge system is very well thought out and easy to use. I had high hopes for this but I will be returning it.
