I would like to see if this herbal formula is available in a bulk purchase, as I find myself using closer to 2 tsp, rather than the 1, for sleep. I find skullcap is one of two ingredients that really helps to lull me to sleep. The others help so well for relaxing. I take 1-2 valerian pills with a few melatonin drops, along with this tea at night. Not only am I finding that I can fall asleep faster, I am sleeping deeper and more soundly. The only other ingredient that I can think of adding to this mix, to perfect it, is California Poppy.

This tea makes me feel nice and relaxed ! I recommend for your anxiety . I had two tablespoon to make sure I felt something. So I recommend to do that.
