Hi. On the side with adhesive, the place that is in direct contact with the iron sheet or high temperature is best to be around 100 degrees -120 degrees Celsius (212 degrees F-392 degrees F). Thank you.

Taking an nonexpert guess here, but I would say NO. From what I understand, an exhaust manifold works with heat as high as 1,600 F. This is an aluminized material, and would probably start to break down around 500 to 1,200 F. Search materials with a higher melting point.

Yes, but keep in mind it is very reflective and will create glare for/from traffic!
