This is my best “every day” oil. It tastes great raw or in my cooking. The oil is the freshest and the harvest date is right on the bottle (so you don’t end up with an old or rancid product). The flavor is good; on the mild side. I do prefer bolder oils for dressing, but I don’t cook with those. Great value, very fresh, and delicious.

Risky name
With the removal of a single letter, this is Crapelli. That said, it's pretty decent for grocery store olive oil. I gave it 4 stars because for me, 3 is average, and 5 is out of this world. I bought this in a pinch at Target when I was out of the stuff that I normally buy.

No better than generic grocery store olive oil
absolutely nothing distinct or flavorful about this oil than any common cheap olive oil at your local chain grocery store

the spout and the easy grip textured bottle a delight if you use lots of EVOO in your food
the absolute best spout on any olive oil. you can pour without even looking, because it pours straight down. and the bottle is just the right size, easy to grip because of the textured glass. quite good flavor, not stellar, but i use way too much oil to afford the very best every day.
