Product arrived in two days (via prime) was exactly as described and of great quality. Since only one plate was attached, installation was simple with gas tank removed, did not have to remove the bed which would of destroyed bed cross rails on this truck. Metal welded lovely. Even came with a new bolt for the rear gas tank strap. The exhaust hanger did need transferred from the original cross member so make sure you grab it before tossing the old bar out. Couldn’t be happier!! GM dealer said they couldn’t even get the shock mount it’s self let alone the cross member, large chunk of cross member broke away with mount.. quotes from repair shops were in the thousands, most simply wouldn’t even touch it, said it would need a new frame and such.. so glad I found this product!! I forgot to snap a picture.. but truck still on lift getting new brake lines so I’ll try to add in a photo tomorrow, once installed and welded I primed, painted snd rubberized under coated it so I know it will outlast the truck!!Thank you for the Product, quality and instructions, you saved my truck!

Crossmember itself is good. The plates ate not big enough for the inside of the framerail if you have a lot of rot. (2500hd) but easy enough to add a little.
