Wouldn't think of finishing wood without it
Needed to add support to a metal rafter in order to support winch. Installed 10' cedar pole. Used three coats of sanding sealer on surface of pole. All three coats went on in the same day. Drys quickly. The pole was bleeding sap and sanding sealer sealed the sap in. Two coats of polyurethane on top of sanded down sanding sealer. Worked beautifully. Sanding sealer helps insure smooth finish coats. Highly recommended.

Great sealer for protecting wood. Good functionality, easy to apply, good value. Gallon went a long way.

Easy wipe on to apply
How do you like this stuff unfortunately the container if you’re using it on small projects like a dozen jewelry boxes that I just finishing day today the buildup of this on the plastic container in the lid make it impossible to close it and make a tight fit. Would be better in a metal container.

Outstanding product
This sanding sealer is excellent. It goes on smooth and dries in about 15 to 30 minutes. It's only used for bare wood and nothing stained. I am able to put on three or four layers and sand in between in one day. Of course it depends on the size of the project. It's my go to sanding sealer.

Sanding sealer so I could paint MDF.
Saw on YouTube to put two coats on MDF then you can spray paint it. It works great. Sample piece I did. Half sealed half nothing on. Sprained two coats paint. It came out good where it was sealed and you can hardly see paint on the other half. MDF just soaks in paint then starts to swell. It work great for what I used it for, on my new radiator covers I built.

Life changing product
This is one of those life changing products, I love it so much, I cry every time I use it. Its so easy to work with and dries so fast. Wood working is so much more enjoyable now because of this product. This brings out the natural beauty of wood. I don't even use stain most of the time, unless its needed for a different color or the wood is aged. 2 coats of this and a few coats of oil based poly, is all you need.
