One chapter in this book is related to Kriya Yoga whose practice will never lead to actual enlightenment but to the assimilation of the practitioner’s soul in Yogiraj Gurunath's own consciousness. He acknowledged himself during his retreats and YouTube videos that with repeated practice of his kriya techniques the star we imagine in the spine during the practice solidifies astrally, we merge our soul with the star and when this happens he, Yogiraj Gurunath, appears in Ajna chakra as the larger star so that we can merge into him. He also induces in the practitioner other people’s karma therefore rendering the practice completely useless for the practitioner’s own spiritual development.

All about Babaji
A full understanding of the essence of this book requires some prior knowledge of Hinduism, Avatars and Gurus. It delves into the intricate relationships between various deities and Babaji and highlights the importance of Kriya Yoga in one's spiritual pursuit. I have read only the Special Abridged Edition. It requires rereading a few times to get a complete understanding. I would highly recommend it for those interested in Kriya Yoga.
