I saw this product had many many great reviews and raves and I was still a little skeptical, but I decided to try it to see if it works and if I would notice any difference at all in how I feel.I purchased the small size first which lasted about two weeks I really didn't see a difference but I decided to give it one last try. I bought the large size. Everything seemed the same, but at about week five I started noticing a big difference. I have much more energy and hardly any aches in my knees! My nails were stronger and growing faster and my hair looks better too. I really am very pleasantly surprised with the noticeable improvements! It took about five weeks but the wait was worth it. I have no more aches in my knees - really.I put two scoops of the nonflavor collagen in my hot coffee every morning and it does not change the taste of my coffee at all. I stir it as it's pouring out of the pot and I add my sugar/cream as usual.
