Can you apply it directly to the scalp for hair growth?

Thank you for reaching out! Yes! He Shou Wu can be applied topically - you can start with mixing in some water to create a paste. Please let us know how this works out for you!

I've seen other products at a 30:1 ratio compared to yours at 10:1, does this means yours is less powerful?

Keep in mind that its not the concentration that's important wen you see 10:1 and or any other concentration,, but more then anything /most important its the age of its source.,,theres is,, I believe 4-6 six yrs old at harvest.,it's always believed just like with ginseng grades,,that, as it ages , it's general potency increases proportionately. ..and it's quality.

Do this product have phosphorus in it?

Yes, it does - 2830 ppm per 50g of He Shou Wu. All of our products have been lab-tested and we post the results on our website (see below). https://cdn.lostempireherbs.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/N-HSW-Metals-HSW100071918-2-Aug-18-41450991-0-2-3.pdf
