I don't usually write reviews, but this is a great product, and some reviews are really unfair. People that are not happy with this tree usually comment on 1. Tree is not nearly as full as the picture shown 2. Tree doesn't look like a real one and 3. Broken piece or not sturdy enough. Unfortunately if the tree comes broken, it's bad luck, so a bad review is understandable. Although, from what other customers have said, customer service has been very helpful.As for the other two reasons, looking at all the reviews with photos, the tree doesn't look full because the customers did not fluff it properly. Artificial trees need a lot of work to fluff them out and this is a process that takes time (30min - 1 hour, then look at the tree and fix the areas that doesn't look as full). After fluffing the tree (orientating properly the main big brunches and smaller brunches) the tree looks great. Try to fluff it out by opening the smaller brunches in a star directed way - toward different direction: up, down, right, left, diagonally. Furthermore, this tree is artificial. Of course, an artificial tree rarely looks like a real tree, so if you want to go for a realistic result, simply get a real tree.Personally I am very happy with this purchase. Affordable, and excellent case of a pre-lit and with some berries and cones tree, that give a nice touch to the final decorated result. You still need ornaments to make any tree to look like it's decorated, since when you fluff it out, some of the berries and cones are not as visible. A tip for few areas that don't look as full (this might happen in 2-3 areas) is use a bigger ornament to camouflage it (e.g. a flower, or a bow, or a bigger ball ornament).I hope this review helps people that have this tree without any structural damage. Of course when you buy something online you accept the small risk of a defective product - but this is why customer service exists. Purchased the 4.5ft tree. The assembly instructions make no sense. Luckily, I'm of near average intelligence and was able to figure it out. Mine came w/ section C (the lower base) and section A (the top). These 2 parts are a bit awkward together as section A is not as "full" or fluffy after fluffing. However, after hanging ornaments and decorations, you really can't tell. It DOES look fine. The stand feels sturdy for the 4.5ft tree but I'd be concerned for anything taller than that. (Unless the taller trees get a different stand.) The 3 screws hold tree pole to the base well. The feet have rubber stoppers to prevent sliding around if you set your tree on a table as I do or something of that nature instead of directly on the floor. The arms do not bend down, they are a hinge or pin-in-the-hole style arm. Think of a pin you put in a weight machine at the gym. Therefore, I feel confident the arms will not wear out fast eventually breaking off over time. The lights are pretty secure. The length between each light seems a bit short and pulls the branches limiting the fluffing or placement of some. Takes a little creativity to decorate. The upper part of section C seems to have less lights then the lower half and leave a few bare/dark areas. When Christmas comes around, I'm sure I can fill in w/ the other lights I add so it's not a deal breaker for me. (I leave the tree out and decorate all year long for each holiday/season dog themed). Anyway, overall, I'd say this is a good purchase and you will enjoy it! Oh, the 4.5ft tree is a smaller diameter b/c it's basically the middle section(s) of a larger tree. Keep that in mind as your garland will go farther.

I love everything about this tree! The 7.5 ft. tree was very easy to set up. It can be a one-person job, but much easier with 2 people. There are a lot of lights arrayed perfectly. The pine cones and berries add color and depth even without ornaments. The tree is perfectly proportioned and very full. It does take a bit of time to fluff, but it is time well spent to end up with a truly beautiful tree! It is also very well-built and sturdy.

This tree looked great after fluffing each branch out. It has the lights already so no stringing there. The pinecones and red berries looked great and added to the whole effect. Hung ornaments up without any problem. This was a temporary tree until we move into the new home but I think it's going to become permanent fixture every Christmas now. If you take the time to fluff out the branches and add your ornaments, you're going to be amazed at how nice it does look. Yes, it takes time, but it's worth it!
