I’ve been taking apple cider vinegar via liquid shots for year. This year I changed over to the pill form to make sure I take it daily. I didn’t love these. I’m actually buying a new bottle from brags before I’m halfway through. Didn’t feel the benifit like natural weight loss and balance ( down there) the way I did with the brags brand. Proceed with caution.
