It has a faint odor but not a medicine smell. I don't notice it much after it's been on a short while.

Only apply on your joints!

Voltaren is very good for joint pain. But you must not over apply like I have done. It has leaked into my system and has caused GI problems. I am now restricted to use it only PRN and not everyday!
