I was scared about giving myself an enema, but these work very well. I read reviews that their packages were messed up and ruined. Admittedly, mine was a bit squashed, but nothing was broken or spilled. These are cardboard boxes with soft, plastic bottles filled with liquid, so keep that in mind. Usage-wise, they are a little awkward, so find a comfortable position. Using it didn't hurt and I was able to go in about a minute (I just stayed in the bathroom and jumped around a bit haha). The next few hours were multiple trips to the bathroom, so I wouldn't do this if you're about to leave and can't stay near a restroom!
