Q: Are these solid copper or just witha copper coating, they lookm nothing like my solid copper pans?

They are indeed nothing like your solid copper pans, and can not pass for one. They are coated steel with a copper colour. However they function as a more pleasing looking economy pan. They don’t have oven proof handles or lids and would not take to kindly to an abrasive cleaner, I’m thinking. Perfectly ok for what they are. If you’re wanting solid copper, be prepared to dig deep in your pockets!

Q: What is the handle made of ? Does it get hot !!!!

The handles are a type of plastic I think . They are not metal and they do not get hot unless left over a hot hob. You are instructed to use a ring that is smaller or the same size as your pan. If the ring is bigger than the pan it can discolour the sides and then the handle may get hot the same as any pan used.

Q: What is the volume of the 20cm pan?

I haven't measured it but other similar sized pans are 5L which sounds about right

Q: Most non-stick coatings contain PTFE, including ceramic ones. Any manufacturer evidence that these are really PTFE free as the seller claims?

This is just a copper pan without a teflon coating it's also useless for induction cookers despite the claims I would give it a miss
