How many mailed magazines does it hold ?

I counted them and it holds around 10-15 depending on their thickness. It’s a heavily-weighted magazine rack and it doesn’t tip over either!

What are actual product dimensions? In Product description there are 2 different Measurements?

The set of dimensions given as 11.2 x 4.9 x 9.2 are most accurate. My unit dimension corresponding to 4.9 is actually about 4.75 inches, there could be different manufacturing batches.

Would this work for toilet paper rolls?

I don't think so, its a rectangle only a few inches wide...

Country of origin? Does anyone know?

Best guess, CHINA; but as I stated in my review, this is a well made product, regardless of the country of origin.
