I have been using this product for around 2 Years now. Overall, it is a good product and worked as expected during most of my usage period. The battery back is also very good for router. I also really appreciate the after-sales support experience. The support team is reachable directly through WhatsApp and were able to provide all our queries in the chat.

Bad service: It’s been approx 1 year. For 1 week it’s not giving backup, still 3 days left to claim warranty. Calling number says WhatsApp on same number. No proper response. Bad service.
