We just got this in the mail and I installed it immediately. We were looking for some up-glow lights for the top of the cabinets. Wow! What a difference the lights make. The installation was super easy - just figure out where you want to place them and then take off the adhesive backing and stick them where you want them.When I first plugged them in, they didn't turn on but I realized it was because I had the lights connected upside down into the power cord - so just a warning, just in case you happen to do the same. Pairing with the app was super easy and comes with many features: dimming, any color on the rainbow, scheduling, preset scenes and even has a feature that will allow the lights to pulse along with music you are playing! Super cool.We will have them on a schedule and have them dim on in the evening and dim off in the AM. Definitely would buy again! Super cool!

As with all the Treatlife products I have used this light strip is simple and straightforward. Simply get the app, make sure you are connected to wifi (must be a 2.4 GHz network, not 5 GHz) then hold down the power button on the lights for about 5 sec. When they start flashing go to add a device and then auto. It will quickly find the light strip and then you are ready to go. In the app there are lots of fun features, changing the color, adding schedules and the like. A new one that they have added that I haven't seen on my other devices is the ability to change color and strobe to the beats in music. It reminded me of Windows Media Player on XP. Kind of corny but the kids thought it was awesome! Overall, a great product at an inexpensive price.

The media could not be loaded.  Before I installed these string lights I had some older, fluorescent fixtures spaced far apart under my kitchen cabinets. They were difficult to turn on and weren't uniformly bright. They cast shadows and were difficult to replace when the bulbs burned out. These were all things I wanted to avoid when I chose to install LED string lights. There are a million models from a million brands and a simple internet search yielded tons of bogus reviews about what made one better than another. I ended up first installing a string of double-led GE branded lights with a low voltage transformer that was rated highest on at least four popular websites. One LED string was darker than the other making for inconsistent light. I returned them and purchased a string of Leviton LED lights. Three LEDs flickered and the connectors were crappily built.I finally got two strings of these Treatlife LED strings. I really only want them for a bright, cool white light to efficiently illuminate my kitchen counters, and don't need or use them for multiple colors - and for a daylight white, these are PERFECT. Zero flicker. Exactly the same white color temperature for both strings, consistent from LED to LED, beginning to end of both strings. They are responsive and easily controlled - both by my Treatlife smart dimmer switch and Alexa. Check out the video! The light strips are completely solid and well built. Excellent quality control. The media could not be loaded.  I have no experience with other strip lights, so I cannot compare to other brands.It works, not expensive, easy to install (I already have several switches of this brand though), both Google Assistant and Alexa can control it with app or voice commands. It has static color mode and dynamic scenes. Also a music mode - the phone is actually listens to the music and tells the strip what to do, so it will drain phone's battery. I cannot tell it was very responsive to the music but it's better than nothing. On back side it has 3M sticky tape and there are 5 sticky pads in the box.It lost wifi few times. It seems to be software related because it happened only when I was changing between scenes.Biggest con is that each LED on the strip has the same color in any particular moment, so it cannot make running waves of colors nor static multi color scene.

Installed under my upper desk shelf and gives great lighting to workspace. Plenty of light to work at desk but shelf I mounted to is only 4’ wide so I ran this 16’ strip back and forth 3 times which gives great lighting. This gives great lighting for me personally but if you were going to read lots of material under this light you would need to be the judge if it enough light for you or not. This LED smart strip is packed with features....easy color changing, dimming and changes color to music you are playing. Easily installed with the Smartlife app and synced automatically to Alexa during setup. Hopefully the pics and video I posted will give you a better idea of the lighting and capabilities of this ST10 Treatlife LED strip light unit. This is my 7th or 8th Treatlife smart product and I’m sure it won’t be my last. (Video was having a hard time loading so I will try and upload seperate ley).

The Treatlife app and the LED Light strip are very easy to set up, and integrate with Amazon Alexa. I have the LED as part of a group so when the sun sets the lights slowly come on about 15 minutes prior, and they stay on until we tell Alexa goodnight, or a preset time. I had some trouble getting the strips to stick to the back of a 50" TV, but I'm 100% sure the trouble was because the TV wasn't cleaned first. the strip comes with an adhesive back that should have stuck very well. After cleaning the back of the TV with Alcohol the strips stuck much better. but the adhesive was already compromised. So learn from my error and be sure the surface you apply to is very clean. The Treatlife app allows you to select an infinite range of colors form a color wheel and allows a wide range of dimming. from Alexa, you can choose from a number of preset colors, and also a wide range of dimming. Package comes with a power supply and a controller. everything you need.
