This worked well on helping my dry skin and rash to get back to normal. The smell is an easy natural scent but not strong which I like. And I like it's organic without chemicals. But be aware it soaks in and it gets used fairly quickly. It'd be great if it was a bit less expensive but overall good product.

Yes, I would prefer no fragrance but once the ointment absorbs then you really don't smell anything

This product is not for me. I immediately noticed the burning sensation, but I wasn’t overly concerned because other products have initially irritated my skin as well. This dried out my skin so badly!! I applied it twice over 2 days. Won’t be using it again.

I did not make my daughter's psoriasis any better. It was nice as a lotion, but I think it could be a bit thicker as a psoriasis cream. Also, it can out quite quickly! It's small and a little does NOT go a long way because it's thin.

I got this as a Xmas present. At first I thought it was a little heavy, but I started using it on the backs of my hands, the edges of my heels, and on my arms and it cleared up my crepey skin like nothing else I've tried. It's a heavy ointment and takes a while to soak in, but it's totally worth having be careful what I bump into for half an hour. Love it and I'm ordering more. For true psoriasis I use my prescription ointment--this might do the trick for dermatitis, though, which it sounds like some of these other reviewers might have.
