Very hard to use. Instructions are not clear.

The machine is very hard to use and the instructions are unclear. "Do this" but no what we can expect to happen. Very unsatisfactory.

You will not regret this purchase

I was shocked to discover that I have a slight bladder prolapse. The doc recommended this device and I can tell you it works! Within a short there was a great improvement in my bladder strength and ability to hold until I was sitting down on the john. A great added benefit is a tighter v. I didn’t think I was not tight before but now I know it can be even tighter which is much more pleasurable for me and him.
