Fast and effective.
If you get athletes foot, you know it’s sometimes difficult to get rid of it. I’ve tried a number of different treatments and this is by far the fastest and most effective, especially if it has advanced and there’s cracking and redness. The healing started within 24 hours. Within two days, all itching and redness began to diminish. By the third day, I almost didn’t notice it. I tried other over-the-counter options over the years and this was by far the best. The great reviews are true.

Bought this to use preemptively, because Hubby had a pretty bad case of athlete’s foot. Kept me clear while he was using his prescription strength medication. It’s nice that it can work in a week. Kept my feet healthy! ;0)

Effective, But Less So If Only Using 1x/Week
Lotrimin Ultra works really well—within a few days, the itching and redness were noticeably reduced, and with consistent use, the symptoms were basically gone. The cream applies smoothly, absorbs quickly without a greasy feel, and doesn’t have that overpowering medicinal smell, which makes it easy to stick with.One thing to note: if you only use it once a day instead of the recommended twice, it can definitely take longer than a week to fully clear things up. Also, the tube is on the smaller side for the price, but given how effectively it works when used as directed, it’s still worth having on hand for athlete’s foot flare-ups.Otherwise--this does feel pretty greasy so you might squirm right after you wear it and it feels odd on your foot while you're in bed or walk around. Doesn't leave any permanent residue or anything though.

Works great for between toes
Worked great for fungal infection between my toes. I used it for longer than the 1 week they recommended to make sure it was gone. Unfortunately I tried it on the bottom of my foot and it did not work for that infection.
