This is a must-have for Chinese recipes
This was worth every penny! I bought it because so many Asian recipes require this as an ingredient. I finally caved and made the effort to buy this (along with some dark soy sauce, another staple) and I am so glad I did. It really changed up the recipes and made them taste like they truly came from a legit Chinese restaurant. Goes to show you that the seemingly little steps make a huge difference. Plus a little goes a long way. Will definitely be buying again as soon as I run out!

An Essential for Chinese Cooking
Shaoxing Cooking Wine is an essential for many Chinese dishes. It imparts a subtle flavor with a hint of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. If you make Kung Pao dishes and/or fried rice you will love the quality of this Shaoxing Wine. It is specified in many other Chinese food recipes as well. A little goes a long way and a bottle can last quite some time depending on how many and how often you cook Chinese food.

A must have
If you’re making chicken fried rice, you need this and ginger and five spice and oyster sauce to make the perfect dish. Use sparingly, lol only a half a cap to 2 cups of rice or it’ll overwhelm the dish
