I ran my own trial of 6 wks with and without and 6 wks with just Creatine. Of course, with a sample size of 1, the standard of deviation would have to be high. That said, it did seem to work. Both the Muscle Tech Product and Creatine worked better than nothing in the following ways: 1) recovery time improved by 2-3 days getting me back in the gym sooner, 2) as a result I was able to increase the pounds being lifted 10-24% at 5-6 reps to Failure, 3) I was able to move through resistance points to new poundage increases after 2 sessions versus stuck for 5-6 weeks unable to increase without a 5-10 day halt of lifting and rest; and 4) increased energy and endurance during workout. To achieve this with Creatine took 6 grams per day for a total of 6 horse size pills; I thought I was going to choke as they are super large. The Mucsle Tech Muscle Builder is 1 standard size gelatin capsule, which is easy to swallow and its only 1 per day. So, its the same or better than Creatine but less and easier to take. Highly recommend! I rate “A+”.

As a woman this stuff is amazing. I wanted to find something to help me with muscle mass before you know.. the needle. I’ve found such amazing growth with this product I will be reordered over and over. No side effects for me although I do have a very high tolerance for things.

Pre-workout supplements. I am using this to help me with muscle mass. I was told it is a good supplement for assisting in such situations. So far as good I feel a little difference in my workout.

Just finished a very successful bulk phase where I added clear muscle and muscle builder to my stack - 6 months and thrilled with results. This product alone will not give you super gains; diet and workout routine/intensity is the key. Now that I am 3 weeks off (clear muscle 3 weeks, muscle builder 1 1/2 weeks) and continuing my other supplements (and eating like crazy) I feel I can talk to the effects these products had as sometimes you don't realize how they help until you stop. Muscle builder helped maintain energy and stamina through workouts. The last week and a half I have had a harder time with energy towards the end of workouts and feel its due to the lack of ATP this product provided. While I think it helped my workouts, I will say I don't think its valuable if you aren't going all out in the gym. Clear muscle I believe helped more with recovery, so together they provide a good duo if you punish muscle groups 2 or more times a week. I'll be adding both back into my stack in a few months when I begin a new cycle.

I've been trying this stuff since I got it (almost 2 weeks or about 10days) ..Truthfully, the only thing I know is don't take it before a run/jog/cardio. I got extra dehydrated. I drank the normal amount of liquid and still got overwhelmed. And I ran the same distance I always have...It does not seem to give extra energy to work more.It does seem to allow the temporary muscle gains to last a day longer. Which, can allow for extra pushes later. So, to say it doesn't work is inaccurate, and maybe it does better than even I believe.However, the extra dehydration I receive. Makes this product questionable. I think I'll try it for one more month (I like the longer lasting pumps), but I'm going to have to be cautious.. because I notice the extra dehydration also happens on weight days. I was just really aware after my jog.It will double the water consumption, is what I mean by dehydrate. (Noticeable after the run. I got the dizzys almost passed out, ect.) Which, thinking on it now, makes since, because muscle pumps also consume water. Maybe, a consumer warning of drink extra water should have been on the bottle. (I'm still not taking it on a cardio day again tho!)

I've been using this product coupled with Legion Pulse Pre Workout Supplement (drink) for the past 3 months now. I noticed an immediate surge in energy and stamina in my workouts. Immediate....like on day 1. Taken 45 minutes prior, I sweat bullets during my workouts...but the intensity and the "pleasurable discomfort" of pushing myself has increased. I start to feel the effects after about 10 minutes into an HIIT workout or cardio workout. I've gained muscle mass (intended) and decreased fat (not intended/desired for me). I would agree with John R's review dated 9/24/2018, you need to workout seriously for this to have any effect. This isn't a "help me get bigger/better by not doing the work" pill. (I don't think that even exists, but I feel people trolling these reviews are looking for that...perhaps I'm wrong.) My regime is CrossFit 6 days/week and about 20 miles of trail running/week. I give it my all on every CrossFit WOD. If you are committed to giving it your all in every workout and it's high intensity interval WODs, this product will help you in your gains.

Make no mistake this product works as advertised. I can definitely lift heavier, train harder, and train longer. The only issue is it makes my blood pressure go from a very low 105/55 to 175/55. The peak ATP is most likely not the issue, but it’s probably the pump blend that causes this.

I wonder why they could not use a bottle one-third the size as the 30 tabs take up less than 25% space. The bottle size is deceptive.
