Nice, Simple, Tasteful, & Functional: for Those Who Don't Need or Want Their Cars to Be Rolling Ads.
Nice, subdued tag frames that are holding up well, so far. I bought these because my preferred car wash had started grabbing the edge of my front tag and was folding it pretty well by the time the wash cycle was finished. It was getting progressively worse - to the point it looked like the tag might crack soon it kept happening. After watching, car with tag frames didn't seem to have this issue. I didn't want anything very flashy and didn't want my car to be a rolling billboard for my school, for how much I love dogs or cats - or pizza or the beach or hockey or whatever (I do love this stuff, but figure it doesn't need to be trumpeted to strangers, right? :) ), or to advertise my military service (I have that, too, and am proud of it but don't think I need to broadcast that, either). I just wanted something simple, tasteful, and functional. These have been perfect - couldn't ask for anything better! They're easy to install, have been laughing at the car wash, so far, and are wearing really well overall. Great tag frames! Highly recommend! Update - 11/24/2018: these tag frames look and work great. Theyโre nice and light, yet solid enough that they do a great job of protecting my front tag in a car wash thatโs known for ripping tags off (a trade off since it cleans the best). I like these so much that bought a second set for another car in August. Theyโre every bit as good as the original set on the first car. Highly recommend! Update 2: Both sets of tag frames still look and work great. The original set is now approaching two years old and the second is over a year old. Both easily stand up in the car wash and have also done well in cases where I've had to park front first into snow and the snow has caught or bumped the front tag. So far, they haven't been affected by road salt or brine, either. (some start to look pitted or tacky after exposure to road salt or brine) Highly recommend!

Good quality. Just what I wanted
Came with one day free delivery and knowing my car needed a wash, it was perfect timing. Unfortunately my preferred car wash was beginning to catch the bottom corner of the rear plate on my Genesis. The design of it free hanging wasn't a great idea. I didn't want a frame with any brand advertising or sports or anything. Just a smooth satin black metal frame and that's just what I got. We will see how she holds up with time but for now I'm very satisfied. Will post pics if I remember or get asked for them. P.S. When installing my plate, I modified the frame just a tad bit but not from necessity but for peace of mind. Heres how; there are 2 little tabs that hold the bottom of the plate on the back of the frame. Normally, on a normal car, they would be fine the way they are but since I drive a lowered vehicle with very stiff suspension and rattling exhaust (everyone chooses their own poison, correct?) I thought maybe down the road I would hear the vibration/rattling of the frame and plate. (Adding another rattle besides my 1 year olds toy rattle and my own exhaust isn't something I wanted) So right before screwing in my new metal frame, I used the cardboard box and bubble wrap the frame came in and layed the frame and plate already inserted into the tabs face down onto it to protect the fresh satin black finish. Then I used my pocket knife(still folded) to press those tabs just a smidge more down to hold the plate even better to the frame and prevent(hopefully) the dreaded rattle I thought might happen. Only time will tell for the rest. I'll update in a few months or sooner if I notice anything funky.

Great License Plate frame overall.
I recently purchased the Ohuhu Matte Aluminum License Plate Frame with Black Screw Caps, and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. The frame feels solid to the touch, made from durable matte aluminum that promises to withstand the elements and daily wear. Its sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my car, and the black screw caps provide a clean, finished look by covering the unsightly screws. However, I did find the lack of detailed instructions a bit frustrating. The package includes multiple types of screws, but it doesn't clearly specify which screws to use in different scenarios or for various car models. A more detailed guide would have been very helpful in ensuring a smoother installation process. Despite this minor inconvenience, the product itself is high-quality and enhances the overall look of my vehicle.

Second time buying!
My first set I bought in around 2020. This is my second set, they look amazing and are durable. Living in Cali things fade and it took 6 years so these rock. Installation is easy, they give you multiple screws even the caps stayed on for 6 years.

Well made and they look great on the car
Just put these (well, one) on my black Q50S. I'm very happy with them. One of the frames has slight imperfections in the form of a couple tiny raised bubbles maybe 2mm in diameter. It's noticeable when you look closely but basically invisible standing a couple feet back from the car. The other frame was without any defects at all. Since I only use the rear plate (until CHP yells at me, that is) I went with the latter with no defects. The color is a very close match to the obsidian paint. Though the plate frames don't stand out and blend in with the body, they do a great job of smoothing the edges and corners of the license plate for an overall sleeker look. One small nit is the washers are made of a softer plastic. It was a challenge to tighten the screws and keep the washers centered. Hardly a big deal, I just had to use my free hand to recenter the washers as I tightened the screws. Additionally, a couple of the screw caps showed a little extra plastic tab from where they were punched out of the sheet used during production. Again, not a big deal. Overall, I'm very satisfied - especially for the price. Now let's see how they hold up in SoCal UV over the summer...

NICE NICE NICE!
This review is for the Ohuhu Matte Black Powder coasted driver license frames. These frames are great especially for the price. The frames are a nice matte black and look very premium. You see a lot of plastic frames but I definitely recommend the metal ones. If you do not have frames on your car I thoroughly recommend these. People without frames are more likely to targeted by people trying to steal your registration stickers. People can cut the your plates long the right side of the bolts, it happened to me and I have seen other cars with it. If you have a plastic frame I would seriously doubt the structural integrity in protecting it but a plastic frame is better than no frame at all. Cutting a few slices through your sticker will not protect it if you do not have a frame. I would like to not the the screws that come with these are not the most secure. Anyone with a drill can take these off in 10 seconds and take your plates. Do your self a favor and buy some hex screws to go with these plates. I bought the 20 pc license plate screws for only $7, and they still fit the black caps over it. These are some quality frames for the price, but some decent screws and you are good! Good luck!

Excellent Product and Customer Service
Update: After my initial experience (see below), the company reached out to me to fix the issue and sent me a replacement right away! It is so rare now to find companies who truly stand behind their product and I really appreciate it. Now, my carโs license plate looks great and I know that the screw will have an extra layer of protection with the cover! Thank you for the top notch customer service and excellent product! Initial experience: I was so looking forward to replacing my plates frame when this arrived that literally, as soon as it was delivered, I opened the box and went outside to start installing the frame. I was on the last screw when I realize that I was missing a washer and then I had an extra piece of cover! And no, I did not misplace it all because I took every piece that I used one a time as I installed each screw in the hole. Yes, I was still able to screw the plate, however, I am not able to cover the screw without it.

Good for the price, but could be better
Overall it is a good product. It could be better but cannot complain for the cost as it does what it is intended to do. The first set I received had a crushed box which bent both frames. Had to return and reorder. Second set came with no damage. The finished is nice but after about a month they did fade to a charcoal black and grey color. Think of black plastic trim on a older car. Its faded and hazy, no longer the black color it once was. I will say they do include plenty of hardware and plastic caps which is a plus because if you drop one like I did and could not find it to save your life at least you have a spare. I did see some reviewers saying it was near impossible to get the caps off; I will say I did repaint the frames with a satin black spray paint and had no issues removing the caps. Bet way to remove them is get a small flat head screw driver and pop them off from the bottom side. They have a slight over hang from the frame making it easy to pop them off with out destroying them. Overall, 3 stars. 1 for price, 1 for hardware, and 1 for metal and not plastic frames.
