Love, love, love this pan
Considered this for a while - got it on sale. Pistachio quite pretty. Not overly heavy for cast iron. Shipped securely. But - Oh how I love cooking with it. Washes up easily - I don't use Pam. Did have some crustys after cooking seafood but I soaked it about 5 minutes and used a plastic scrunchy and food came right off. So nice to brown things on top of stove and then add ingredients and place into oven. I actually just leave it on the stove since I use it so often.

This Dutch oven is getting USED almost every meal. Deep, heavy and beautiful. Braising, baking, frying is everything we hoped for. the ceramic coating is so good.

I love the size. Its larger than my stove but the way the heat is evenly spread it doesnโt matter. It is pretty heavy I do life weights at the gym but still struggle to carry it with one hand to pour stuff from it so that can make it inconvenient to use sometimes. The quality is amazing, its similar to Le Creuset quality which I bought a few years ago. The price is amazing considering the high quality. I highly recommend it. Also itโs dishwasher safe which is amazing.

Great Value!
The first one we received had an enamel defect near one of the handles, but the replacement was perfect and arrived the next day. The braiser is the perfect size for a family of 3 - 4. All the fancy name brands cost at least 4x the price for the same size. My wife has Le Creuset cast iron products and we can't tell the difference between them. This Crock Pot is a great value -- just be sure to check it for defects when it arrives!

Big & heavy
This probably is a great piece BUT was so large and heavy , I couldn't even lift out of box . Didn't think of size , will check out the smaller ones 3 qt .

Awesome pan
Love, love, love this pan however itโs very heavy. Itโs super easy to clean, I use mine on top of the stove and in the oven. So much better than my other large frying pan thatโs bottom has bowed. Excellent product!
