WARNING: DO "NOT" BUY!!!!!!!!
This so-called Paella Pan RUINED my dinner! Close to $200 worth of fresh seafood, expensive specialty rice and spices mostly burnt before everyone's eyes, because this piece of crap pan is so thin and cheaply made that it does not distribute heat evenly but it does burn quickly in the middle. To make up for all this waste of money, energy, time, and great embarrassment, all that Amazon did for me was compensate me with a $10 coupon. You have been warned. If you order anything from this brand, you might as well just take a few hundred bucks in cash, and dump it in a trash can

A good paella pan
Completely satisfied with this product. It performs exactly as the manufacturer, vendor, and other high-rating users described. It fits my stovetop burner well and cooks food evenly across the pan. We made paella last night - the recipe was for 4-to-6 servings - we added extra shrimp - and the pan held everything without any overflow. Followed the directions for prepping the pan before use and for cleaning and storing after use. (I used the same technique as for my cast iron skillets - after hand washing and drying, put the pan in the oven upsidedown, turn it up to 300 degrees, and when it reaches temp turn off heat and let pan sit in oven for 20 or so minutes - pan will be completely dry and cool enough to handle).

The worst quality ever/ extremely disappointed
I received this paella pan last Thursday (8/27) for a paella on Friday (8/28) as you can see in the picture I followed their instructions for before use and that was how it came out, It had a weird metal smell and anyways I used it to give it a try... well as you can see after ONLY 1 USE this is how it is. Is the worst quality I have ever encounters in a paella pan, I ordered because it says made in Spain but I could gladly bought a $10 dollar one with better results. No thank you, this is going back!

Love it!
Made Paella using my fire pit over charcoals on a Steve Raichlan cast iron 4 inch Tuscan grill. Worked great. When when I needed a lower heat I used 4 bricks to raise the Paella pan away from the coals and fire. I followed Tyler Florences recipe from food network and doubled the recipe since I had a bigger pan. It was a hit!!

Excelente!! Precio calidad de la mano!!

One huge & durable pan!
Absolutely love it! I purchased it for a camping trip and was able to cook meals for 20 people easily on this pan over an open fire. I know it's not its exact intended purpose, but it certainly did the trick for us.

Well made but gets rusted
Well made paella pan, cooks evenly my only complain is that it gets rusted quickly. It must get treated before using or after cooking but no instructions were included with purchase. To avoid rust from surfacing, I treated the pan with butter right after I washed and dry throughly, then I stored the pan in a dry place.

Great For Family Dinners
I bought this for a family dinner, we plan to do via zoom. So, we all bought a paella pan, and plan to make a family dinner, all the same dish, and couldn't be happier with our purchase.Thank you.
