You have to be crazy to rate this less than 4 stars, for me it deserves a full 5 star, I'm an enthusiast with trianing and sports nutrition I have gone through over 500 in the last 10 years, and when I find something good I keep using it especially when the PRICE is this good for what you get in the box definitely worth it.It contains all 9 Essential amino acids this is what you need to help spike protein synthesis and build muscle combined with food as well works better than just the 3 BCAA's, by the way 3 BCAA's do nothing alone that and nothing else is a good scam for your wallet.If Applied Nutrition keeps good price they just made a customer for life, the candy flavour is nice I have no objections and I usually get sick on some of them, I want to try all the flavours but thus far the Candy is really good, I guess If they can swap out Sucrose sweetner for something like Stevia or something like Alcohol sugars so it won't spike my blood sugar levels but that part can be overcome with will power, so not really an objection.I would like them to make all amino acids minus the glutamine at one point and call it the fasting amino blend, as you cannot fast with L-glutamine that breaks your fast, apparently I read somewhere that you can use a blend of amino's that don't break your fasting as I do intermittent fasting. Maybe one day?The bottle and Supplement tub both come with a rubber like dry feel to it, both feel and look like they belong in a museum its that good quality and for this price I was shocked its better than anything else on the market maybe plastic is slowly going to be drained from the Earth but I'm all for this quality it feels so cool.The performance of the amino's is very good too, I really can't tell the difference between this and the more expensive brands I feel the same gains which is good cause this is cheaper with higher grade materials and flavours and thus better in the end well done Applied Nutrition you earned my respect.

Bought this loads of times, I don’t actually think it does anything at all to aid your workout or your body in general. It does taste really nice though 👍

Is it safe that it had a sachet of ‘do not eat desiccant’ 20g inside the powder? Plus it had two scoops, it was only half full of powder. And is that safe to have desiccant in a consumable?

Flavour is superb, energy and nutrition balance from product is perfect . Great value product, got free samples in box which were unexpected. The free water bottle is much better than ones I have received before (and ones I’ve paid for).. I will be ordering again.

Sent me wrong flavour and the bottle leaks all over the place really disappointing and i haven't recieved any message back

Applied nutrition Is definitely the best supplement brand for taste by far! Always spot on flavour, blue raspberry is my favourite, would definitely reccomend
