Great product
My father has been using Sniders for years and now I am using it. It enhances meat flavors so well, everyone askes "what did you put on the meat?" I have shared it with so many people I have lost count.I have even packed several in my suitcase and gave them as gifts to my relatives in Australia and they love it.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST RIB ROAST SEASONING EVER!!!!!!!!
Unlike the goof who said he used this on hamburgers...what the heck...lol, this is exactly what it says it is, PRIME RIB AND ROAST SEASONING, period. It is salty in heavy doses, PERFECT for a prime rib crust which should be salty, but the flavors absorb well into the rib roast, and I have received compliments on this seasoning more that 50 times. MY FAMILY FIGHTS FOR THE CRUSTY OUTSIDE. Use it generously 3-4 hours ahead of cooking if you can, but if not, apply generously and head it to the smoker, oven, or grill. My family's favorite prime rib is: Coat the roast with avocado oil (or olive oil), coat it well with Snider's Prime Rib Seasoning, smoke at around 200-220 for 1-2 hours depending on size, then I normally transfer to my oven in the kitchen (just for my convenience to work on other sides and to keep an eye of the internal temp) to FINISH TO 110 DEGREES, then crank temp to 450 for 5-10 minutes to firm the crust, then pull at 115-120 and rest it for 30 minutes. If you don't pull it out by 120 degrees, it will end up over done!!! I try to pull at 115 always. Make a large enough pot of au jus (at least 3-4 cups) so that if a guest can't appreciate medium-rare, you can dunk their splice, both sides or submerge, for between 15-30 seconds in hot au jus to (stain) take the red out of their slice. This actually does cook the slice some, but also stains it brown, END OF PROBLEM. This is what top-shelf prime-rib restaurants do. This way you don't ruin any of the roast. Sadly, overcooked prime rib tastes worse than well done pot roast.

Household staple
We have been using sniders seasoning my entire life. This is high quality seasoning works great on steak, burgers, vegetables, etc. Has a great full flavor with a balance salt, sweet, and black pepper taste. I will happily recommend this seasoning to everyone.

The Best So Far
I've loved to cook all my adult life and so far, Snider's Prime Rib and Roast Seasoning is the best I've tasted. This does not over-power an expensive cut of meat but absolutely enhances it. I like the fact that it is NOT loaded with garlic because garlic will quickly turn bitter while searing meats; even garlic powder, so Snider's knows what they're doing. It is not a rub but a seasoning so be careful you don't use too much because it is high in salt but the other seasonings in this is amazing. I give it a good sprinkle all over on both sides, then I cook my steak in a pan with hot oil and after it is seared, I turn it, then add a few pats of butter and crushed garlic cloves to the oil. As it cooks on a hot med heat, I take a large spoon and I keep pouring the butter and oil on the top of the steak once in a while to keep it moist. That is a MUST. The Snider's Seasoning will not come off of the steak as I keep it moist with the steak drippings, butter and oil.
