I can't recommend this enough. I started getting welts within a day of my poison ivy exposure on my arms. I was 1 week away from having surgery on one arm. This arrived a day later (thank you Prime!). I used it 3 times a day each day leaving up to my surgery. This died it out within a day and it was gone within a week. It feels so good as a scrub to relieve the itch, it's absolutely divine! It relieved the itch, felt wonderful, and cleared the oils that make it spread. It isn't cheap but it absolutely works better than anything else available OTC. I used this along with the Tecnu ani-itch spray and had no itching or spreading, and it dried up. My surgery went on schedule. The first 2 photos are from the day after exposure. The second 2 are 5 days later.

This stuff is AMAZING. When you wash the ivy with this soap it feels amazing. Instant relief. You won’t want to stop washing it. I 100% recommend.

This stuff is AMAZING!!!! So I’ve been struggling with a poison oak rash for over a week now. I didn’t realize it at first and after a ton of google research it was determined I got into poison oak. I have been itching and itching and itching with my rashes getting worse by the day. Calamine helped a little but not alot. I found this on Amazon and trusted the reviews. I was skeptical but based on the reviews I was still hoping it would work. I got my delivery at 6pm today, opened it up used the scrub and followed the directions to a T. I have washed my arm with this stuff 4 times this evening mainly because I’m paranoid and want it to work. My rash area has not felt this clean and at ease since this issue arose last week. I feel so clean my rash is already improving, some of the blisters are completely gone. I’m still A LITTLE, just a little, itchy, but I feel a million times better. I’m completely new to outdoor work and being outdoors but this is a life saver. The oil produced by poison ivy, and other plants, produces a severe rash in a lot of people. This product eliminates the oil IF it is treated right after exposure. Be sure to use a good laundry detergent on all clothes. Remove all clothes to avoid recontamination while treating yourself. Swimming Pool Liquid shock in a tub of water is also effective. Recommend 4 oz per tub of bath water along with a decent bubble bath soap. Discovered when we had a 13,000 gallon above ground pool. Recommend proper gloves when removing all 3 common plants in yards.

I get poison Ivy pretty often and use all sorts of preventative options. This is good to remove contact oils and it helps to dry out if you get it.
