Will the length work in a 16oz glass?

Depends on the height of the glass. The length of the straws are 10 inches.

Do these have the nubs at the end to keep them from falling out of the cup?

Good Morning. The glass straws DO NOT have the nubs on them. The straws are thicker than plastic straws. I have a plastic lid on my glass, so I made small slits within the straw hole so that I could fit the glass straw inside without destroying the lid.
