Kinesiology Tape

I don’t typically write reviews. I had to on this one when I saw the pictures and video reviews. If you don’t know how to use the product then it will not work as you expect it to. Before purchasing I learned how to apply properly to my knee and it has greatly reduced the pain I experience daily. I have a torn ACL and bone on bone joint. I use the tape every day and I have achieved a greater mobility and much less pain since using than any other treatment I have tried in the past 2 years. The tape IS NOT water proof and comes off very quickly in water but not when you sweat. Stays on all day where I put it and is comfortable enough that I don’t even realize I have it stuck to my knee at times. Will continue to purchase.

Love it. Good quality product. Good stick ability. Helped with pain and flex limitations. Not too thick but not paper thin either. Works well

I really loved this tape the first 2 times I used it. It's the first tape that has actually stuck to my skin and stayed put. However, I had to remove it early both times due to an itchy painful rash. I've never been allergic to adhesives before, so this is a first. I don't think this is the seller's fault, but it would be helpful if they provided a little more info about what kind of glue is used for people who may have allergies, rather than just saying "acrylic glue" since not all acrylates are the same.

Works great. The price makes it easy to tape daily. Have bought numerous times to keep a martial arts school stocked. Does not last as long as more expensive tapes after showers and/or heavy sweat.

This project is really stretchy and resistant. I am pregnant and cleaned took showers and did my other daily activities and this stuff did not budge! It is not overly sticky or painful to remove! But the adhesive did not do well on my skin it left red raised adhesions after 2 days of wear they were oozing I ignored the burning because it wasn’t bad and the ligament pain was gone the 2 days I used the tape. I don’t usually have sensitive skin or reaction to adhesives. So idk what happened would not recommend for sensitive skin or skin with stretch marks

I am a medical massage therapist who works on many professional and amateur athletes and trying to find affordable KT tape that actually sticks can be challenging. This product is as good as the name brand! You just have to have a nice shirt pair of scissors to cut it to shape.

This stuff is absolute trash. I bought this years ago, and it didn't work. I thought, "well, kinesiology tape must be a giant scam," and put it away. Then I broke down and bought a couple different brands recently. The new ones worked great--even the sensitive skin versions. This stuff, however, didn't stick at all, just fell off, even after warming. I pulled it out and tried again. Same thing. Don't buy this brand.

My wife broke all of her toes and foot a few years ago. She would get a shot in her foot as often as the health insurance would allow her to get these shots (very painful shot) every three months get a shot in her foot. Doctor had to use an X-ray machine to give her the shot. Most of the time she had pain in her foot. She has used this tape for about a month or longer. She says she doesn’t have any pain now when she uses this tape daily. Tape doesn’t leave any glue on her foot when she removes the tape. She wraps her foot around one time letting it overlap a little bit.
