This product was very easy to use. We made sure the stamped concrete patio was dry before applying. We applied with a half inch roller we waited 24 hours and did a second coat. The third picture shows what it looks like after two coats of the armor concrete sealer and the last picture is the rain cuddling up nicely on top just like it is supposed to. We are happy with the color we picked the low gloss shine, and are very pleased with the way it looks.. It does have a very strong smell when applying it, but it does dissipate when it is dry. We are very happy with the product and I would buy it again.

Great installation instructions. Product went on exactly as directions said if you followed them. You must follow these instructions if you desire peek product performance. Surface was properly prepped. Used a 6" roller and it went on well. In 24 hours it was dry and coat 2 went on. The shine looks great. Early results show water beading up. Too early to say how long it will last. Will update review later as time passes. Coverage amount was consistent with what instructions said in terms of how much to use. First coat my concrete was dry and soaked up coat one. You need two applications to get the needed protection. So far much happier than using a water based product which I had done years ago. Crossing my fingers it holds up longer term than water based product.

This is the only product I will use for my concrete edging. It is very easy to apply and provides excellent, long-lasting protection. I re-apply this sealer every two years, and it consistently keeps my edging looking brand new. I especially love the low gloss wet look it provides—it really enhances the color without being overly shiny. Highly recommend for professional-grade results!

Great product that easy to apply and lasts for years. Did my garage floor in it with a medium gray tint pack. Took 5 gallons for 000 sq ft garage. Did a lot of prep work 5 years ago. Removed oil stains and did etch clean. It was a little too hot so did get some bubbles. Five years later I’m redoing the gray and removed a rubber mat that bonded to the sealer and had to use air scraper to get it off. After hours of sanding I decided to leave some of the original gray for a mottled look. Then put the clear 350 over it. Looks great. Did recoat the sides. I found that it will last for many years using a mop on wax finish. Learned not to put rubber mats on it however.

Transformed My Pool Area with a Deep Wet Look Finish I used the Armor AR350 Low Gloss Wet Look Concrete Sealer on the slate rock around my pool and it completely changed the look for the better. I originally wanted black rock, but it was almost three times the price of the gray slate. After applying this sealer, the rock now has a wet, dark sheen that makes it look black, which is exactly what I wanted. It spreads easily using a handheld sprayer and gives a smooth, even finish with a nice low gloss that makes everything look clean and modern. The coverage was great and it really brought the color of the stone to life. The only drawback is the strong VOC odor. Even outdoors, it is pretty intense for about an hour after spraying. I definitely would not recommend using it indoors without proper ventilation and a respirator mask. Other than that, this product is fantastic. I am very happy with how it turned out and plan to use it on my marble pavers around the pool next. I will see how well it holds up over the next year, but for now I could not be happier with the look and finish. Highly recommend.

This was my first time applying sealer. I just had a concrete patio installed a couple of months ago and was in need of sealer to get us through our first winter without cracks. (Fingers crossed...) This product arrived promptly, seems reasonably priced from what I was able to research, and comes with tips to help with application. We were lucky to have a string of nice days in mid-October, so I applied two coats over two days then. Overall, I'd say the whole process went pretty smoothly. Make sure you have the right products (I used a long-handled roller, plus a brush for corners) and wait for the right time to apply. Now that I've had several weeks to sit with it, I'm pretty happy with the look of the sealer. Since I have a exposed aggregate, it really helps elevate the patio and let the colors of the stones stand out more. There are a couple of spotty areas, but I'd chock that up to my amateur abilities. As I said, this is my first time sealing. Unless I happen to come across another product I feel more confident buying, I'd purchase this sealer again next time we need it.

To speak of its coverage. The new concrete block wall i built is "split face" the decorative face of the wall is very course and porous so the product was absorbed as expected. A very fine coat was applied with a decent pump bottle sprayer. The absorption is unlike wetting a piece of wood, it stayed slightly oily for a while as it penetrates the pores of the block. My weather was favorable and as a retired industrial spray painter of 25 years zi felt i could go back to back with my second coat for my application on course block. 2 coats - 2 gallons was used for my approx. 125 sq ft. I was very happy with the sealed color of charcoal block. It is very rich and no shine. Exactly what i was after. My project today, is still on going, working in the new yard dirt has found it way on to the caps of the wall and dust to the front. I have actually rinsed it with the water hose and it cleans easily and actually beads up. It seems to be sealed. Note. My block is split face and very porus, but the blocks edges are chamfered or mitered. Those miters are smooth. Hence the sealer with back to back coats could have easily slid/ran like paint. So anyone with an iterest in this product be mindful if you have smoth surfaces. My experiences tells me with the viscosity of this sealer on hard smooth concrete application should be very light in your passes and follow the instructions. Be patient bring out smooth work slowly. Odor. It will rock you on your heals, wear appropriate PPE. The wall itself in my case and favorable weater was quite notable in odor for about a week. My final pics were quickies in my project, the first pic was before the others were after the shadows dont depict the wall in color But the wife and as well as the neighbors love it.

This sealer is fantastic. The key is applying it evenly, and if you do that, the results speak for themselves. The bottle photo was taken just 15 minutes after application, and the close-up was after 48 hours of curing. My pavers have never looked better, the color came alive and the finish is exactly what I was hoping for. Couldn’t be happier with this product. Highly recommend!
