Not sure it is used item or not
This is not my first time buying this item, it used to be wraped by a film as new. But what i've got today is an unwarp one and it seems opened a lot of time so i am not sure it is new or not ( same looking with the one i been using for 3 months ).

Not sure if it supposed to be like this
I ordered the more advanced filter, as it states reduces bacteria and lead... But when I open the box I realise that the bottom bit doesn't look right to me. It stills sealed and unused hence I will return it. I couldn't find any product pictures online.
