Q: Has anyone used the oil shampoo and oil conditioner? When used together does it weigh your hair down? Mine is thin and fine but dry.

I have used them both, and the oil serum as well, my hair is thin and fine and it is not weighed down at all. I actually really love this Shampoo/Conditioner together. I recommend them.

I would describe it as buttery. I can smell it in my hair a little longer than some supermarket brands but it's no different than salon products. It has a pleasant odor but strength and approval of odor is subjective since people have different odor tolerances. Try the shampoo first since it is a total wash out product.

Q: I have dry permed hair. Will it weigh my curls down?

I have gray hair that tends to be dry. I have natural curl in my hair I have found that my hair responds well to an amount the size of a nickel. I apply it only to the bottom in h or so of my hair. I rinse it out thoroughly. This strategy is not weighing down my hair. I think it is benefiting my hair texture.when I first began using the product I used too much and it did weigh down my hair.

Excellent Conditioner

I've tried so many products for my curly hair. This conditioner is the best that I've found that works with my hair. It feels silky smooth after using this conditioner & it looks less frizzy. The scent is amazing, as well. For some reason, I can't find this in stores any more, so I'm glad I was able to find it on Amazon. Shipping was quick, too.

GREAT DEFUNKED PRODUCT! .. a shame….

LOVE this product.It tames my hair AND leaves it soft and manageable better than anything I’ve found.SO TIRED of finding a product that actually works and is pleasant in touch and smell..,And as it seems to be the norm these days….THEY STOP MAKING IT, OR it’s removed from shelves in my area, making it difficult to find!You might find it online, but then you pay a fortune for it.TIRED OF THE RUN AROUND, and unstable product availability anymore.A shame…, because it WAS a great product!Found the rinse for close to normal price.., shipped quickly. The shampoo on the other hand was almost twice the cost and I’ve waited over a month for it.WONT DO IT AGAIN! I’m not a rich person, and as much as I loved this product…, being raped financially for it while waiting way too long for its delivery is beyond pushing a buyer/customers good will!

Love that this Conditioner and the Shampoo!!

It's the first shampoo and condition in YEARS that I have found that works for my dry, curly hair. No frizz, soft, manageable. I hope it's never discontinued (this happens so much when I find products that work!!). Us curly haired people deserve a GOOD product!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Because none of them make my softest than El Vive Extraordinary oil. I can say that I never thought that I was going to find something like this in life.My hair is curly and hard to detangle. But with this product , is the end of the problem. I love it.
