Awesome product especially for avocado smashing. Works every time even if avocado is a bit hard

Some of the 1-2 star reviews almost deterred me from ordering this mini masher, but I'm glad I relented. It's very sturdy and mashes avocados and potatoes prepared for mashing quickly and with ease. The handle is not particularly uncomfortable as some of the other reviews would have you believe. I am a 6' man with rather large hands, and this mini masher was not uncomfortable to my hand in the least...it might have become uncomfortable eventually, like if I'd have to use it for 30 minutes to get the job done, but for the 1+/- minute it takes to use for an avocado or a couple of cooked potatoes, hand discomfort was not an issue. If you need a sturdy, compact, easy-to-use device to mash soft foods, I totally recommend this item.

This is a great little tool to have in your kitchen. I don’t only use a masher for potatoes but for small quantity items that a big masher would not work on. I love that it is stainless steel, something I look for in items of this sort. It’s very easy to clean and mashes perfectly. I’d say that the only downside would be that if you have a lot to mash the handle can get a bit uncomfortable, but I would still recommend this item, it’s a must in my kitchen!

Great for smashing ingredients! I got mine for hard boil eggs and avocados. It needs improvement with the grip though. I would have not mind an up in price just for that. It's not the most comfortable to use, but it's doable. Just needs a better handle when smashing instead of metal sinking into your hand.

This is a great little utensil. Well made. So far, I’ve used it for egg salad, mushing fruit for oatmeal, and mushing cottage cheese curds for protein biscuits. I will be using this quite a bit in my kitchen. Timely shipping.

Esta super mini. Es bueno pero el mango no esta cómodo. Y si se me hizo muy caro. Aunque es súper practico para machacar fresaa, zarzamoras, platano... lo unico es el mango que tengo tomarlo con un paño para acomodarme bien.

Great little gadget for chopping egg for mayonnaise or smashing avocado. As it is small you only need to do it in a small dish or cup. Easy to use and wash.

Perfect for egg salad, avocado, yams. Saves warping my forks and strain on my arthritic hands. Very solid. And easy to store. Good kitchen gadget

The smaller size masher makes this device excellent for avocados, which was our reason to purchase.

My last implement for cutting up eggs for egg salad rusted out. It was cheap. I am happy to pay the price for a good product that works well, and will last for a long time.
