Ashton is my lipstick for night outs. However, it’s a very drying formula. This is literally a moisturizing version of Ashton with the same stay power and the same exact color, for 1/3 of the price. Totally worth it. I love a good dupe.

I was looking for a long-wear/non-transferring lip color to wear behind a face mask, so that the lip color wouldn't smear off and get on the mask. I wanted a neutral color just to complete a face of makeup, so I didn't look like I had dead, drained lips if people saw me momentarily without the mask on. I already knew this NYX Lingerie stuff is long lasting because I have another color from this line. I chose "Ruffle Trim" here because it looked like it was a pretty mellow, natural lip tone, but also a little bit warm with a nod toward coral. Well the pictures here and my assessment served me well, because this color is PERFECT! Also, I was thrilled when this arrived earlier than the tracking said, AND the seller included the tiniest little tweezers as a free gift. I love tiny little things! Thank you :)

I like these NYX liquid lipsticks for regular daily wear. The Lingerie line has really beautiful shades that are universally flattering. My favorite shades are Seduction and Erotic for spring/summer and Confident and Teddy for fall/winter. They offer good coverage and last pretty well. You do need to make sure your lips are scrubbed and moisturized before applying, but that is the case with pretty much all matte lipsticks. They feel a tad bit sticky at first, but eventually dry down. They never get quite as comfortable and set as The Lip Bar liquid lipsticks (which you literally cannot feel once they set), but they definitely get less sticky over the first 30 minutes. For the price, they are definitely worth the investment.

I bought this on 2 different Shades Corset and Cashmere Silk. I've been using this formula for years. Is very lightweight and doesn't dry your lips out too much but I like to use lipgloss over anyway. Great Product and comes in lots of beautiful shades.

I really love NYX lingerie because it has really excellent stay power and no scent. I’ve tried other products and a lot come with fragrance which I’m allergic to but also, what the heck? Why do you need perfumey lips? Anyway I have bought a lot of the colors. Bedtime flirt is my go to for everyday wear. I have ivory/olive skin tone and it compliments really well. I really like “Cabaret show” for a deeper color. I also have “exotic” which is great for a more intense red look. Although seems to smear more than the other ones which don’t tend to smear unless my lips get wet from eating or drinking but even then not so much. So far the only one I’m really disappointed in is the most recent color I bought, “seduction” which is labeled as red/orange but it’s more brown than anything. I was hoping for a more orange version of exotic but it’s not even close. Not a terrible color really just inaccurate as far as the description.

Obviously fake. Product is chunky and streaky. Terrible quality, I threw it away.

I would give this 2.5- a generous 3 stars for longevity, presentation and whether it is flattering when applied to lips.I did like the color Ruffle Trim and Bedtime Flirt. Lovely colors but I did not find them completely and easily wearable. They are nudes but they are all darker nudes, quite mask-like on the lips and absolutely matte, leaning strongly toward a very grunge 90s vibe looks. I'm totally into that but sometimes the look makes too much of a statement and if not worn well with a whole matching face of makeup, made me look goth like lol. They are so drying too. For the price they are ok.
