Solid knife
Love this knife. Use it @work to trim meat prior to smoking, & to slice ribs, brisket,& pork loin after cooking. Keep it clean. Sharpen before use & it's great

Great knife
As others have noted, this is a serious knife. It’ll cut chicken to any size, and easily remove a fat cap from a brisket.

This knife does cut even pieces of your homemade bread but, it's really not worth the price I paid!

Very Good Knife
This is a very well made, professional knife which looks like it will provide me with many years of service, both in the kitchen, as well as at the butcher block. I highly recommended this brand of cutlery.

Butchered a couple hogs and it worked great for skinning!

Big disappointment.
It lost it’s sharpness within a week for cutting Only vegetables. I had a big expectation for the knife. I would like to return if they accept.
