I was buying capsules/pills that cost more until I decided to try powder to save money. This product fit the bill. There were some crumbs, but they were easily broken apart. At first, I thought there was no measuring spoon, but it was buried inside, so dig around for that. I directly put it into my mouth and washed it down with water. It had little to no taste, so it's easy to take. I couldn't give 5 stars because they did a horrible job with the seal. They used a seal that was too big for the rim, which caused the lid to be very hard to unscrew. On top of it, the glue they used for the seal was terrible, making it impossible to peel the seal. I had to use a box cutter to cut a slit in the middle and tear it open.

This is pure GABA - no other ingredients. I got it early in the pandemic so that we would have it to help my husband sleep. We opened it a few weeks ago when his old GABA was depleted. My husband had been on mirtazapine for a couple of years. In the morning I would ask him how he slept. He would say, "Not good" in a whiney voice. We stopped the mirtazapine and switched to GABA. Now he replies, "OK" with pep in his voice. He still wakes up at night but his mood is so much better. I have just started taking it, too, because it lowers blood pressure. It took about 3 weeks until it lowered my systolic blood pressure from the 140s to consistently the 120s. I bought some 250 mg scoops on Amazon and we tap that out to about a third of the scoop (or 85 mg). That is all it took to get results. It has a lot of good benefits rather than bad side effects.

noticed a bigger difference using this then i did using the 750mg capsules from two other brands.. the first night i slept a whole lot better and stayed asleep more.. plus you eliminate the unneeded added capsule/filler ingredients with this nutricost Gaba.. no bad taste, i either put it in a 2oz cp with my other nightly women tinctures and add water and put some on my daily AM yogurt as well.. since huge jug, it will last a while so i’d recommend transferring some into a smaller container so this stays fresh & not clump up from constantly being exposed to air..

The size is great! It will last for a while and as I take it I can feel its potency.
