Great product so far.

Very disappointed with the unit. My previous unit did not have vacuum so I was just using a board and some weights. I do a lot of high detail prints and it worked fine until the bulbs started to go bad so I figured I’d upgrade to an LED and vacuum unit. But there just isn’t enough vacuum on this one to suck the rubber down enough. If your design is even 3 inches from the edge of the screen, it will blur. I guess I’ll have to go back to my old board and weight method until I can find a stronger vacuum pump to replace this one.

I was hesitant to purchase this unit because of the lack of reviews, but this unit has been really great! The vacuum is slow but I haven't had any issues so far. I set the timer for the vacuum to 100 seconds for 20 x 24" screens and 15 seconds exposure time with textile PC blue emulsion. Everything has washed out great so far. Before using this I was using an M&R at another shop and I would say this unit is better. I don't think this size would work well for screens any bigger.

Product works well. Immediately used the exposure unit to render some very detailed screens. Much better than my old equipment. Should save me a bunch in poor screen exposures. Vacuum seems a bit weak, but it pulls the screen down well enough. It is very large - dimensions are a bit misleading - crated item was 4 foot x 3 foot by 8 inches (approximate) as the posted dimensions suggest inches. It was crated in wood so the product arrived UPS Ground without any damage. However, it was difficult to uncrate since someone went crazy with the nail gun. Seriously, probably 40 nails on one side of 4 alone.

What a great unit for the price!! I'm exposing at 15secs with super easy wash out and great for retention. You can set vaccum time and exposure time and has a pretty loud alarm when your exposure is complete. Love this unit so far!!
