What a machine! this thing kept up with me not missing a beat not once! I expected it to scrunch up a few staples but it didn't, it hit every staple and rammed it home every time didn't fail once. I used it on floor woollen underlay and it was perfect for this job making my life easier. I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing this again

I bought this brad nailer over 6 months. Then now i just tried to use it for my DIY job. As i'm a newbie for DIY, i wrongly bought this brad nailer which could only fit short nails that might not suitable for my hardwood DIY work. I asked Neu Master customer service advise, Judy is very nice and patient to guide me to try to adjust the setting, her response is so fast and detailed. Noticing the nailer might not suitable for my DIY work (due to my own fault), she even refunded to me! I"m so surprised and happy for their customer service, i have used the nail once, it's easy to use but it might suit for a soft wood. I will recommend anyone to use it for a simple DIY project!! More, their customer service is bravo!!

I bought this item just over a year ago. It worked perfectly fine. Used for 3-4 days while fixing felt underlay for my wooden floor. Left it boxed for a year then decided to attempt a second room. The nail gun wouldn’t fire. Emailed customer support. They asked for videos of product and immediately concluded the motor had failed. They arranged for a replacement at no cost which was received today. Shame the product failed but cannot complain about the after sale support.

Having just completed the work on upholstering four dining room chairs, where 100's of staples have been inserted into both soft and hard wood, I can fully recommend this product. I really like the safety device at the tip of staple gun that must be pressed firmly to activate the gun. I had a couple of occasions where the gun was not resting on the wood properly and it didn't work, but I quickly realized my error and re-tried. I was surprised how well it responded in the hard wood bits where I worried it might fail, but was pleased it worked equally well.

I bought this cheap nail gun, as I don't have the money to buy a more expensive one. This one will work for about the first 5 or so nails or staples. t Then for the ones after that, it will not feed the nails or staples on, but it will make the loud noise that it is firing, but nothing comes out. I have tried to remedy the problem, by only putting in 5 nails, or a full strip but it is always the same. I have tried to fix the feeder mechanism, but no luck. Don't waste your money on this one.

I was a bit skeptical about this tool, especially after reading some reviews, but still decided to buy it, and I didn't regret First of all, it's not a pneumatic tool, and you don't need to buy anything extra to start using this tool. It's powerful enough for many small projects in a house. I used it to attach a piece of plywood to a wall, and it worked well. I've never used this kind of tools before and it's really easy to use!! Based on a market price , this is a really cheap nailer. An average price for this kind of tools is $200 and up. And in many cases it is the only tool, no nails, no battery, or you need to buy some extra things to use a nailer. I would really recommend this product

Parfait pour le prix je ne m'attendais pas à une telle qualité. Le câble est un peu court mais avec une rallonge ça fait l'affaire.
