Quality
These earbuds are hard to come by. I thought I lost my only pair, just to order these and then found my original. I decided to keep these and they work very well. I am glad that I decided to keep them. I don't want to try anything else. Until these completely fall apart, these are a keeper.

great product, but amazon warehouse is horrible shipper
the battery last forever compared to the orginal galaxy buds. the fit is good. sound quality is good. and got it for cheap buying from amazon warehouse. however, shame on amazon for the poor shipping job. when i open the packaged eveything was scattered. the buds, the charging case, box the headphones came in where all rolling around in the shipping package like i was playing yahtzee. so if inspect your products carefully if you buy anything from amazon warehouse. however the samsung galaxy buds + are awesome.

Defective Left Earbud Almost Inaudible
The earbuds I received have a left earbud which is almost completely inaudible. It can barely be heard at max volume. The right earbud is missing the grill that should be over the speaker, but is much louder than the left. The case the earbuds came in is beat up, but that did not bother me. The case only had some scratches and scuffs, and the Samsung label is half wore off. They did send a USB C to USB A cable and three sizes of earbuds with them.I am returning these. I am very disappointed.

Happy
This is my second pair. I understand it was refurbished. It's in excellent shape. My first set will last beyond 1 day, so past 8hours of use. This pair last 7ish hours, and the touch is very sensitive.But I am very happy with this set.

So far, so good
I ordered these in red so I could distinguish them from my partner's pair, but received black instead: a disappointment but not enough for a return by itself. The ear pieces are a little too large for my ears (will try smaller covers) and I haven't put them through their full paces yet, but in the few days that I've had them, they seem ok for refurbished.
